From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality and warmth of the staff. The owner, Joan, treated us like family and provided honest and genuine advice. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. We received a free room upgrade and the bikes available for rent were brand new and well-equipped. The cooking class with the family made us feel like part of the family. The breakfast served was the best we've had in Vietnam. When it was time to leave, Joan went above and beyond, organizing our transportation and ensuring we had a good seat on the bus. We felt truly sad to leave and can't wait to return as friends, not just customers. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a great shower. The hostel also offered a pool table and cheap bicycle rentals. The staff, especially Joan and his family, were the kindest people we've met on our journey. They made us feel right at home and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, even keeping in contact until we boarded the train. The location was ideal and we highly recommend this place. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay special, fulfilling a last-minute birthday cake request and surprising us with rose petals, wine, and more. We were blown away by their kindness and generosity, making it a truly memorable experience. Thank you so much!

This was a lovely place to visit short walk to Mua Cave, Trang A, Bird Valley, Restaurants, Mini Mart as well as Tam Coc/Ninh Binh...

Entire experience staying there was nice, I recommend this place. Everything was great and I got wake up service for free. It was nice to have fairly quiet and immaculate rooms with comfy bed. Their breakfast was vegan and the best, especially the omelette and mushroom.

It was located in a nice enough area in the nearby bars. Staff was really kind and provided us with a mini-bar, climate control, and a seating area. Omelet and mushroom for breakfast were lovely...

Lovely stay, had everything - accommodation, garden, lounge, terrace, bar. The children's playground was a nice touch.

Oh, and the best part was, I didn't like having to leave such a wonderful place.

We loved the amazing location near the lake and the option to hire bikes or scooters from the homestay to explore the beautiful countryside. They were also incredibly kind and accommodating.

We felt so much at home and had no complaints at all.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The private bathroom with a bidet was a pleasant surprise and added a touch of luxury to my stay.

Personally, I didn't find much use for the executive lounge access in the bungalow.
